What’s the difference between Plans and Classes?

Plans are structured programs designed around a specific goal or wellness journey.

Each plan consists of multiple classes that are organized in a recommended sequence, allowing you to follow a guided program from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a more structured experience, we recommend choosing a plan and progressing through the classes it contains.

Classes

The Classes section allows you to browse individual workouts and exercises without following a specific plan.

This is a great option if you’d like to practice a particular activity, such as Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Stretching, or another class, whenever it fits your schedule.

Which should I choose?

  • Choose Plans if you’d like to follow a guided program with a recommended sequence of classes.

  • Choose Classes if you’d prefer to explore and complete individual workouts based on your interests.

You can switch between Plans and Classes at any time and choose the experience that best suits your goals.
