What is Personal Coach and how do I use it?

Personal Coach is an optional Additional Package that provides personalized guidance based on your goals, preferences, and wellness needs.

Your Personal Coach can help you discover suitable programs, create personalized meal plans, stay motivated, and get more out of your Lotus Flow experience.

How do I access my Personal Coach?

You can access your Personal Coach directly from the app:

  1. Open the Home tab.

  2. Tap the Coach icon in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Type your question and send your message.

You can message your coach anytime you need guidance, whether you’re choosing your next program, planning your meals, or looking for help staying consistent.

What can my Personal Coach help me with?

Your Personal Coach can provide personalized support with:

  • Program recommendations based on your goals, fitness level, interests, or available time

  • Activity recommendations for interests such as Wall Pilates, Chair Yoga, Walking, or Strength

  • Personalized meal plans and healthy eating suggestions

  • Motivation and consistency tips to help you maintain your routine

  • Lotus Flow guidance to help you navigate the app and make the most of its content

The more information you share about your goals and preferences, the more personalized your coach’s recommendations can be.

What can I ask my Personal Coach?

Not sure where to start? Here are a few examples:

  • “I’m looking for a program with shorter workouts. What do you recommend?”

  • “I’d like to try a gentle program. What would you suggest?”

  • “Can you suggest a Wall Pilates program for beginners?”

  • “I’d like to lose weight. Where should I start?”

Your coach uses the information you share in your conversations to tailor its guidance to your goals and preferences.
