If you can’t see your personalized plan or the plans you expect in Lotus Flow, there are a few things you can check.
Check your Home screen
Your personalized plan is displayed on your Home screen based on the preferences you selected during onboarding.
If your plan isn’t visible, tap My Plan in the upper-right corner of the Home screen and select the plan you’d like to follow. Your selected plan will then appear on your Home screen.
Browse all available plans
To explore all available plans:
Open the Lotus Flow app.
Tap Plans from the bottom navigation bar.
Browse the available programs and choose the one that best suits your goals.
Your subscription gives you access to all available plans within the app.
Still can’t find the content you’re looking for?
You can also explore individual workouts through the Classes section or practice specific techniques in the Skills section.
Please note that our content library is continuously growing, and new plans and classes are added regularly.
