How do I find my personalized plan?

Your personalized plan is automatically created based on the preferences you selected during onboarding.

Your active plan appears on the Home screen and is organized day by day, making it easy to follow your recommended wellness journey.

Simply open the app each day to view your scheduled session and continue your plan.

If your plan is not displayed on the Home screen:

Tap My Plan in the upper-right corner.

Select the plan that best matches your goals.

1. Open the Lotus Flow app.
2. Tap My Plan in the upper-right corner.
3. Browse the available personalized plans.
4. Select the plan that best matches your goals.

Once selected, your chosen plan will immediately appear on your Home screen as your active plan.

Your subscription includes access to all available plans in Lotus Flow. You can explore different programs and switch to another plan whenever you like.
