Lotus Flow content can be accessed through the Plans and Classes sections of the app.
To browse available content:
Open the Lotus Flow app.
Navigate to the Classes or Plans section from the bottom menu.
Browse the available plans and categories.
Select a program or class to begin.
Plans are structured programs designed around a specific goal or wellness journey.
Categories organize content by type, allowing you to browse specific classes and activities such as Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Wall Pilates, Face Yoga and more.
You can use both sections to discover content based on your preferences.
