The way you access your Lotus Flow account depends on how your account was originally created.
If you signed up through the Lotus Flow website
If you completed a quiz, assessment, or purchase process on the Lotus Flow website, your account is automatically created during registration.
After signing up, a welcome email containing your login credentials is sent to the email address you provided.
Quick access from your email
For the easiest experience, we recommend downloading the Lotus Flow app using the download button provided in your welcome email or on the final page after completing your quiz.
In many cases, opening the app through these personalized links will automatically connect your account and activate your membership without requiring additional login steps.
If your account is not connected automatically, simply sign in using the email address associated with your purchase.
To log in manually
Open the Lotus Flow app.
Tap Profile.
Tap Sign In.
Enter the email address associated with your purchase.
Enter your password.
If you cannot locate your welcome email, please check:
Spam folder
Junk folder
Promotions folder
You may also use the Forgot Password option on the login screen if needed.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play
If you installed Lotus Flow directly from the App Store or Google Play and have not previously completed a Lotus Flow quiz or website purchase, you’ll need to create an account before accessing personalized plans and tracking your progress.
Creating an account in the app
Open the Lotus Flow app.
Complete the onboarding questions.
Enter your email address.
Create a password.
Finish account creation.
Once your account is created, you can use the same email address and password to sign in on any supported device.
Already completed a Lotus Flow quiz?
If you previously completed a quiz at:
quiz.lotusflow.com
or purchased a subscription through the Lotus Flow website, your account may already exist.
In this case, do not create a new account. Instead:
Open the app.
Tap Sign In.
Enter the email address associated with your quiz or purchase.
If you don’t know your password, use Forgot Password to create a new one.
Creating a second account with a different email address may prevent your subscription and progress from appearing correctly.
