If the background music is louder than the instructor’s voice, you can adjust the audio balance directly within the app.
Start any class.
Tap the screen to display the video controls.
Tap the Audio Settings icon (musical note) in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Increase the Voice Instructions volume and reduce the Background Music volume as needed.
If the instructor’s voice is still difficult to hear after adjusting these settings, please make sure your device volume is turned up and try restarting the app.
