If you subscribed through the Google Play Store
Google Play subscriptions and refunds are managed directly by Google.
To request a refund:
Visit the Google Play Store refund request page
Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase
Locate your order
Follow the instructions provided by Google to submit your request

If you subscribed through the App Store
Apple handles all App Store purchases and refund requests directly.
To request a refund:

Sign in with your Apple ID
Select the subscription or purchase
Submit your refund request through Apple

If you subscribed through website
Refund eligibility for purchases made through the Lotus Flow website is governed by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Important
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
