The cancellation process depends on where your subscription was purchased.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store
Open your device’s Settings.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Find Lotus Flow in the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

If you purchased through Google Play
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon and select Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Lotus Flow.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If you purchased through the Lotus Flow website
Visit https://start.lotusflow.com/ and log in to your account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.
Once logged in, select Cancel your subscription and follow the cancellation steps.
What happens after I cancel?
After your subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.
